Account Manager
Your prime function will be
- Manage assigned customer accounts profitably to achieve designated organizational targets through customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships by implementing appropriate and unique service strategies.
- Represent the entire range of company solutions to customers.
- Work closely with internal departments within the local and group organization and lead the customer account planning cycle within the organization to ensure that customer expectations are met at a satisfactory level.
You will be responsible for
- Customer Order Management
- Quotation Management
- Demand and SOP Management
- Safety stock Management
- Inventory Management
- Profitability Management
- Account Manager may be required to work after office hours or on weekends as Requested by the superior or as per the process requirements
- The Account Manager must have been compelled to follow the code of conduct
Qualifications needed for the role
- A Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Customer Service Management, Key Account Management, Marketing, etc.
- A good command of English is a must.
- At least 3 years' experience in customer service management or merchandising
- Professional qualifications in Supply Chain management will be an added advantage
- Statistical Analysis Skills will be an added advantage
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Business Acumen Skills
