- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in a related field (events, customer service, or client handling).
- Fluency in both English and Sinhala (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently and professionally.
