SENIOR BANKING ASSISTANT / BANKING ASSISTANT

AKKARAIPATTU BRANCH

You should ideally:

n
• possess minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in the field of Commercial Banking including experience in branch credit
n
• have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank
n
• have good interpersonal and communication skills
n
• have a flair for excellent customer service
n

You will be mainly responsible for:

n
• credit activities at the branch whilst assisting with operational activities, providing exceptional customer service and complying with the policies and guidelines set by the Bank and regulators.
n
