FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT

JOB PROFILE
- Assist in delivering professional, courteous and patient-focused food and beverage services in accordance with hospital quality and patient safety standards.
- Distribute meals and beverages to patients accurately, courteously and on schedule.
- Support the daily operations of the hospital kitchen by maintaining hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, food hygiene practices and patient dietary requirements.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Diploma in Hospital Management or a vocational qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel or hospital, including 1 year in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and hospital diets will be an added advantage.
- Energetic, well-organized and able to work on a shift basis in a fast-paced environment.
