Assistant Student Recruitment Manager – Jaffna

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in student recruitment and counseling for international study programs
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, agents, and education partners
- Conduct presentations, webinars, and promotional activities
- Guide students through application process to visa
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to team goals
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in CRM

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
- 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment or sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for education and helping students
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (Sinhala is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
