SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE TEAM LEADER - KURUNEGALA
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee orientation programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and manpower requirements.
- Administer performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR standards.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Participate in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
- Sound knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Applicants living within 20–30 km of the work location will have an added advantage
