FACILITY MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in managing residential or commercial facilities
  • Strong knowledge of building systems such as STP, electrical, plumbing, and elevators
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance teams and external service providers
  • Strong leadership and contractor management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle resident requests and complaints professionally
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in maintaining financial, maintenance, and operational records

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems (electrical, plumbing, elevators)
  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules
  • Handle management and utility fee collections and maintain accurate financial records
  • Supervise housekeeping, gardening, and landscaping to ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Ensure proper functioning and safety of gym and swimming pool facilities
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors, including security and technical teams
  • Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met
