Factory Supervisor (Anuradhapura)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline within the production area.
- Ensure all production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth equipment operation.
- Oversee the implementation of hygiene, food safety (GMP, HACCP), and housekeeping standards.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Communicate with management regarding production progress, issues, and manpower requirements.
- Train and guide production staff to follow standard operating procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering.
- More than 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety practices.
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and record-keeping skills.
- Age below 40 years.
- Willingness to work on shift basis.
Priority will be given to the candidates near North Central Province. Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate.
