BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)
WINRICH INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD is a leading and rapidly growing company in Sri Lanka, supplying machinery to the hotel and bakery industry.
We are seeking a dynamic BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (FEMALE) to join our Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving telesales and increase customer base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through telesales.
- Follow-up on inquiries, proposals, and quotations.
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer and sales activity records.
- Establish a solid relationship with Sales and other departments.
ESSENTIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Age: Preferably below 25 years.
- Qualifications: G.C.E. (A/L) or equivalent and Diploma/Certificate in Sales or Business Management.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in telesales, field sales, or business development responsibilities.
- Languages: Fluency in Sinhala and English. Tamil is an added advantage.
NOTE: Candidates who can conveniently commute to our Colombo 03 office are preferred.
