Senior Merchandiser
Double XL is looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our growing team. If you have a passion for fashion, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to drive product performance, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the merchandising process from sourcing to store delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate prices, lead times, and product specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Production planning with manufactures.
- Ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in the apparel or fashion retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills.
- Good understanding of product development and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
