SALES EXECUTIVE – GENERAL TRADE

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and result oriented individual with a strong desire for a car career in Sales. If you thrive in a competitive environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record in sales, this could be your next big opportunity.

The ideal candidate would be a male between 25 to 35 years of age.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve monthly sales volume and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify market opportunities and gaps to maximize sales volume, revenue, and market share.
  • Create consumer demand for the company's brands by improving brand awareness, visibility, availability, and execution of trade marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales and trade marketing activities in the assigned territory.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide timely market intelligence.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain customer accounts within approved credit terms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold the company's values in all customer interactions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local alcoholic beverage market, including trade channels and customer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possession of a valid driving licence is mandatory.
