ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 05 years sales experience in automotive or consumer durables.
• A degree in Sales / Marketing / Management or full / partial qualification in CIM / SLIM.
• Sound knowledge in MS Office packages.
• Effective negotiation & communication skills.
• Initiative & leadership skills to perform the job better.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Having the right customer oriented attitude.
• Ability to understand customer lifestyle & needs and convert the data and trends to actionable and measurable initiatives.
• Possession of a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve annual targets.
• Cross selling of company products.
• Handle showroom walk in customers and attend to the requirements effectively.
• Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers.
• Participating in marketing / promotional activities as directed by divisional head.
• Report to the divisional head regularly on inquires, follow ups and closings.
