Customer Relations Officer (Female)
Automobile Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, the authorized agent of GAC in Sri Lanka, is looking for a dynamic & experienced individual to join our winning team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and business partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by acting as the first point of contact for all walk in inquiries.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate customer appointments and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Manage the reception and customer lounge to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Support HR and Administration with day to day operational activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations/ Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English. Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and professional grooming.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
