ROLE PROFILE
- Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems regularly.
- Analyze stock trends and suggest improvements to optimize inventory levels.
- Identify inefficiencies in store processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against documentation.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all stock movements.
- Maintain an organized and efficient storage system.
- Continuously improve storage methods for better space utilization and accessibility.
- Implement lessons learned from past issues to enhance storage practices.
- Follow safety procedures and promote a culture of safety awareness.
- Report and analyze incidents or near-misses to prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to improving safety practices through shared learning.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Thorough knowledge of inventory and store management practices.
- Understanding of material handling and storage procedures.
- Successful completion of a Certificate Course in Store Management will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Inventory Software).
- GCE Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in storekeeping or inventory handling is preferred.
