FIELD QUALITY ASSISTANT - GALLE

JOB PROFILE

The selected candidate will be responsible for the overall quality management of the field in estates located in Southern Region. He / She should monitor the maintenance of the field, application of fertilizer as per schedules, implementation of water management practices, plant nursery management and conducting harvesting activities. Also, the selected candidate should ensure that the quality of the field and harvest are within the expected level of standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years' experience in field quality assurance
• Professional qualifications related to plantation management is preferred
• Proper understanding of the quality control procedures of the field
• Familiar with palm oil cultivation and harvesting
• Sound update on industry-related regulations
• Excellent communication skills
