VACANCY

STUDENT COUNSELLOR

We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and dedicated Student Counsellor to join our school community. The successful candidate will support students' academic, emotional, social, and personal development while promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling services
• Support students with emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school leadership
• Conduct well-being programs and workshops
• Maintain confidential student records
• Make referrals to external professionals when necessary
• Promote safeguarding and student welfare initiatives

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Social Work, or related field
• Professional counselling qualification
• Minimum 2 years' experience in counselling, preferably within a school environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
