Uga Resorts is seeking a visionary Financial Controller to join our corporate Finance Team, as a critical advisor to the VP Finance to lead our fiscal infrastructure.

Operating at a director level as the Financial Controller, you will act as a critical advisor to the VP Finance to lead our fiscal infrastructure. We are looking for a leader who understands that behind every stunning property and breathtaking guest experience lies rigorous financial planning, impeccable compliance, and strategic asset management.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally with a strong background as a Financial Controller or Director of Finance within the luxury hospitality or premium resort sector.
• Deep Operational Knowledge: Hands on expertise in all core areas of hospitality finance from complex budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to maintaining strict compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness. Strong knowledge of IFRS for SME, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.
• Strategic Business Acumen: A strong commercial mindset with the ability to act as a strategic advisor, helping the team balance profitability with a high end guest experience.
• Empathetic & Visionary Leadership: Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with an empathetic leadership style that inspires trust, commands respect, and builds deep organizational harmony.
• Professional Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, backed by a fully qualified professional membership (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
