VILLA MANAGER
The Villa Manager is present, engaged, and known by name to everyone on the estate villa. They set the tone before visitors arrive and hold it long after they leave.
THE ROLE
- Oversee the daily operations of the Heritage Bungalow and Owner's Cottage, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and develop teams across accommodation, food & beverage, housekeeping, HR, and finance while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage villa operations, procurement, inventory, and monthly financial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with travel partners and repeat guests to support business growth.
- Ensure the property is well maintained and complies with all health, safety, food hygiene, and regulatory standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of five years in boutique hospitality management, at least three of which in a luxury villa, or small resort environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading a full-house operation — rooms, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Financial literacy: managing a procurement budget, and having a meaningful conversation about cost efficiencies.
- A communicator of genuine warmth and clarity — in person, in writing, and when the moment is difficult.
- Calm under pressure, precise in the details, and possessed of the instinct to act without being told.
- Familiarity with property management systems, and the digital tools that underpin the villa management.
