JOB PROFILE

• Assist in processing Health and Life Claims efficiently and accurately
• Handle customer complaints and queries ensuring timely and professional responses
• Provide feedback & updates to the management on claim related matters
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers, partners and all other stakeholders

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Completion of G.C.E. A/Ls
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Reading for a Degree/Diploma from recognized university will be an added advantage
