Senior Manager – Financial Analysis & Planning
Job Role:
- Drive the annual budgeting / reforecasting processes in collaboration with cross-functional business leaders
- Overall responsibility for preparation of Annual Report
- Co responsibility for implementing ESG framework for the Company
- Overall responsibility for S1 and S2 financial reporting
- Overall responsibility for preparation of Board, Executive Committee and Corporate Management Team Management Information (MI)
- Drive the budgetary control across the organization and providing information to cross-functional business leaders
- Facilitate to improve VNB by implementing a Sales Related Expenses and Operation Related Expenses Control Mechanism
- Complete ad hoc financial analysis requested by Board, CEO and CFO.
Job Pre – Requisites:
- Member of a recognized professional accounting body (ACA, ACMA, or ACCA)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable managerial or senior-level position
- Experience in the insurance sector will be considered an added advantage
