We are looking for proactive Undergraduates and Graduates in Human Resources Management or Business Management along with strong communication and team working skills to join our team of changemakers.
As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team and gain exposure to a broad range of strategic and operational HR activities. You will support key processes related to Performance Management and Social Sustainability, including coordinating MAS Code of Conduct awareness initiatives, supporting Corporate Social Responsibility programs, assisting with mentorship and sponsorship programs, and contributing to Employee engagement and wellness activities. In addition, you will assist with core HR operations by maintaining Employee records and HR information systems, preparing HR reports and documentation, and supporting day-to-day HR administrative processes. This internship will provide an excellent opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of both strategic HR partnering and core HR functions while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
