ASSISTANT MANAGER/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE – TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING

Scope of the Role

The Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding will be responsible for leading talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives to attract, engage, and secure high-calibre talent. The role focuses on driving recruitment excellence, strengthening talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, supporting workforce planning, and building a strong employer brand while partnering with business leaders to meet organizational talent requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Develop talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for critical and future workforce requirements.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen SCCL's employee value proposition and market presence.
  • Enhance candidate experience and build strong relationships with hiring managers, universities, and external talent partners.
  • Monitor recruitment analytics, hiring performance, and recruitment effectiveness to support workforce planning and business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies while driving continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • Professional HR qualification (CIPM, PQHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, Employer Branding, or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital recruitment tools, LinkedIn recruitment platforms, and social media management.
