We are hiring! Meeru Maldives Resort Island is seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as a Island Host - Local.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with all departments on all guest welfare matters for a smooth, courteous & efficient service.
  • Ensure all necessary reports like VIP list, arrival list is available.
  • Welcome & greet guests and provide a smooth and seamless registration upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with restaurant reservations, excursion arrangements or any other requests that may be needed.

Expectations:

  • Minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry preferably in Front Office / Guest Services.
  • Educational background in hospitality and tourism.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
  • Preferably with an island resort experience.
  • Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations.
  • Outgoing, friendly and has cheerful personality.
