Anemos BPO is a Colombo-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operating in Sri Lanka for 5+ years. We provide outsourced business support services to overseas businesses, international clients in the IT, Medical and Accounting industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end financial accounting and taxation tasks for Australian clients
- Conduct and support superannuation audits
- Organise workflow efficiently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of accountants
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and accountability in all work undertaken
- Adapt to client systems and processes (all training provided)
Requirements
- Education — Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
- Experience — Minimum 5 years’ work experience in accounting
- Skills — Candidate with audit experience will be highly regarded
- Age — Between 27–35 years
- Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in working with Australia firms/clients will be an added advantage
