Company Profile

Anemos BPO is a Colombo-based Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operating in Sri Lanka for 5+ years. We provide outsourced business support services to overseas businesses, international clients in the IT, Medical and Accounting industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end financial accounting and taxation tasks for Australian clients
  • Conduct and support superannuation audits
  • Organise workflow efficiently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of accountants
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and accountability in all work undertaken
  • Adapt to client systems and processes (all training provided)

Requirements

  • Education — Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
  • Experience — Minimum 5 years’ work experience in accounting
  • Skills — Candidate with audit experience will be highly regarded
  • Age — Between 27–35 years
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in working with Australia firms/clients will be an added advantage
