SURF GUIDE
Are you passionate about surfing and the ocean? Join our team as a Surf Guide and help guests experience unforgettable surf adventures.
1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide guests to the best surf breaks based on conditions and skill level
- Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the water
- Provide local surf knowledge, ocean awareness, and etiquette
- Assist with surf equipment setup and maintenance
- Deliver excellent customer service and create memorable experiences
2. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong surfing ability and knowledge of local surf spots
- 1–3 years' experience guiding or coaching surfers
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic personality
