BRANCH MANAGER
Location – Moratuwa Branch

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
- Drive branch sales and achieve assigned revenue and KPI targets.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate the branch sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the client base.
- Ensure proper branch administration, documentation, cash handling, and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify local market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and prepare branch performance reports.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in branch management, retail management, sales leadership, or plantation/investment sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong administrative, documentation, and basic accounting knowledge.
- Good understanding of local markets and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of CRM or sales management systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in plantation investment products, insurance, or financial services will be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.
