Join Our Team as the FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
We are seeking an energetic and seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills to oversee the Finance and Administration functions of our organization, based in Kandy. The successful candidate will be rewarded in addition to the basic salary on the capabilities.

First foreign investment in Central Province for infrastructure development. Offering 17 unique floor plans with panoramic mountain and river views. Outstanding performance and consistent achievement of established goals and objectives will provide a clear career path to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate annual budget planning and deliver meticulous monthly management accounts, ensuring seamless month-end closings.
- Prepare and present high-level management reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) that provide actionable insights to our foreign developers.
- Spearhead the timely completion of both internal and external annual audits, ensuring absolute compliance and transparency.
- Develop robust business plans and proposals to support the evolving needs of the development.
- Having a background in the Hotel Sector or Residential/Serviced apartments operations is a plus.
- Continuously measure and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes to maintain 5-star service standards.
- High level employee development through motivational leadership and team-building initiatives across all levels of the organization.
Requirements and Attributes:
- Professional standing with CIMA, ACA, ACCA or any other equivalent qualification.
- Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), tax regulations, and filing procedures, Mastery of QuickBooks and ERP environments including MS Office packages is mandatory.
- 7+ years of proven working experience in a similar managerial capacity.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with exceptional background in Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Experience in Mergers and acquisitions.
- Highly skilled in collaborative stakeholder management at all levels and thorough knowledge of modern HR policies and performance management.
