BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Matara
NativeWay is a leading MEP contracting and engineering services company with a proud history spanning four decades, serving customers across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and the Maldives. We are the trusted name in power generation and HVAC solutions, representing world-renowned brands in diesel generators and commercial air conditioning.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Operations Manager to lead our Matara Branch and drive it to greater heights.
The Role:
As Branch Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the branch, managing both the sales and after-sales service operations. Our Matara Branch's core business covers:
- Sales of Diesel Generators, Commercial AC Units, VRF Systems, and Chillers
- After-sales service for Generators, Commercial AC & Chillers, Fire Pumps, and related equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the branch, covering both sales and service functions
- Drive business development and grow revenue across the Southern region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both private sector and government customers
- Identify, prepare, and manage government tender submissions from start to finish
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve and exceed targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support
- Report on branch performance and implement strategies for continuous growth
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in the industrial equipment market (generators, HVAC, pumps, or related fields) is highly preferred
- Strong business development and sales leadership ability with a track record of driving growth
- Experience in handling government tenders and institutional customers
- Excellent people-management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Sound commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset
- An engineering background will be an added advantage, though we value capability and drive over specific qualifications
- Ability to work independently and take full accountability for branch performance
