WE ARE THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS, LUXURIOUS HOTEL & LARGEST BANQUET OPERATION IN KURUNEGALA. WE ARE SEEKING SELF MOTIVATED AND ENERGETIC CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS.
Videographer/Editor
- Video production: Shoot promotional videos highlighting hotel facilities, guest experiences, and special events.
- Editing: Edit footage into polished content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Storytelling: Craft narratives that reflect the hotel's brand identity and values.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align video projects with campaign goals.
- Content optimization: Adapt videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Graphic Designer
- Designing of Graphics for variety of mediums, including product development, print materials & Social media platforms. (posts, videos, etc.)
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines & standard, finalize designs for Implementation. (printing, digital use, web etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with design trends & technology to ensure designs are current & effective.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadline in a fast-paced environment is a must.
PREREQUISITE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and video editing / Graphics Designing.
- Proficiency in Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing / design software.
- Ability to create engaging promotional videos, reels, and social media content.
- Experience in photography is an added advantage.
- Creative storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent creativity with a strong eye for layout, typography, color, and branding.
- Ability to design both digital and print marketing materials, including social media content, brochures, banners, menus, and event promotions.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and short-form video production.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, for hotel events, weddings, and corporate functions.
