Bioingredients is a high-end market driven biotechnology conglomerate engaged in a wide spectrum of developments in natural ingredients. Recently, Bioingredients has ventured into post-harvest blue-en business strategies in agricultural sector in Sri Lanka.

Job Profile

• Oversee end-to-end production for efficiency and quality
n
• Manage production schedules and resources
n
• Supervise staff and enforce safety and quality standards
n
• Maintain quality control systems
n
• Coordinate with supply chain for raw materials
n
• Track key production metrics for improvement
n
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance
n

The ideal candidate should have

n
• Education: B.Sc.
n
• Leadership: Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills.
n
• Operations: Familiarity with workflows and quality standards.
n
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication; ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
n
