MANAGER - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND CYBER SECURITY

The LTL team is passionate about making a positive and meaningful impact on every stakeholder in the value chain and we are looking for an individual who shares the same passion, to lead Information Technology and Cyber Security Management within the group of companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of information technology and cyber security strategies, policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee cyber security operations, monitoring and incident response to identify and prevent cyber threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct and supervise group-wide cyber risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and remediation planning
- Drive compliance with internal controls, legal requirements and recognized security frameworks and standards
- Provide leadership in security governance, reporting, and performance monitoring for senior management
- Manage cyber security awareness programs and promote a strong cyber security culture across the organization
- Collaborate with business units, and external stakeholders to integrate cyber security controls into systems, projects, and vendor relationships
- Support audits, assessments, and third-party security reviews, ensuring timely resolution of findings
- Prepare and present reports on cyber risks, incidents, compliance status and security initiatives to management
- Stay current on emerging cyber threats, technologies, industry best practices and recommend improvements accordingly
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Professional qualification or master's degree in information security, Cyber Security, Risk Management, or related discipline will be an advantage
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in information security, cyber security, IT risk, or a similar field, including leadership or supervisory responsibility
- Strong knowledge of security concepts including governance, risk management, access control, network security, endpoint protection, data protection and incident response
- Experience in developing security policies, leading risk assessments, and managing security incidents and compliance activities
- Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or CIS Controls is essential
- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CEH, Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
