GLOBAL PROCESS OWNER MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT (GERMAN CALENDER – GERMAN SHIFT)
Freudenberg Apparel Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is A Leading Interlining Supplier In Sri Lanka. We Are A Subsidiary Of The Freudenberg Group In Germany, A Billion-Dollar Global Technology Group With 175 Years Of Legacy. We Are Looking For Operations Executives For Our Shared Services Center In Sri Lanka.
SUMMARY:
Lead The Global Master Data Management Strategy, Process Standardization, SAP S/4HANA Integration, And Shared Service Center Transitions To Ensure High-Quality, Compliance, And Value-Driven Master Data Across Freudenberg Performance Materials.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible For Developing And Deploying Global Standard Processes In Line With Functional Directives, Local Requirements And BPM Methodology.
- Responsible For E2E Process Alignment With BPM, BPES And IT.
- Responsible For Developing And Implementing Improvement Initiatives To Deliver Innovation And Corrective Action.
- Responsible For The Development Of Business Cases And Functional Roadmaps For Major Improvement Initiatives.
- Responsible For Creating And Maintaining, Complete And Current Process Documentations / Trainings
- Collaborates Closely With Business Process Experts, E.G. In The Identification Of Improvement Potentials And Process Performance Monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s Degree In Business Administration , It, Engineering, Or Related Field
- Deep Expertise In Bpm, Lean, Six Sigma, Digital Transformation, And Change Management
- Lean Admin Black Belt Or Master Black Belt Preferred
- Proficiency In English Communication Is Essential
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Of 5+ Years in Business Process Management.
- Hands-On Experience In SAP or Any Other ERP System Is Mandatory.
- Be Below 40 Years Of Age.
