1- Guest Relations and Operations Manager – Colombo

Serendib Vacations Property Management -Manages Luxury serviced apartments and handling housekeeping for Multiple Clients

Role Responsibilities

  • Guest Management: Handle all guest communications, reservations, registrations, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day operations, basic accounting, administration, maintenance, supplier coordination and ensuring the apartments are cleaned and ready for guests
  • Staff & Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and manage onsite teams and staff.
  • Property & Inventory Control: Inspect apartments before arrivals, track inventory, and coordinate with housekeeping and laundry services to ensure rooms are guest-ready.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotels or serviced apartments will be an advantage
  • Ability to speak in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle situations
