Ecommerce Operations Specialist

Komar Brands team is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to take ownership of the day-to-day execution that keeps our site running smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring our online store is accurate, optimized, and constantly improving.
You are required to work remotely on USA hours and must be flexible with your working hours.
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
- 1–2 years of experience managing Ecommerce sites, with some exposure to Shopify.
- Experience launching products on Ecommerce platforms using various apps and tools.
- Apparel merchandising experience, especially in women’s clothing, is an asset.
- Strong skills in content creation and quality assurance for websites.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and project coordination skills.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end product launches.
- Familiarity with QA procedures, issue tracking, and delivering seamless online shopping experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, including cross-functional teamwork with merchandising, development, and marketing teams.
- Experience working with development teams to launch and enhance sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations such as site merchandising, homepage updates, promotions, and product setup.
- Oversee the entire product launch process by coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
- Handle Shopify backend tasks, including product setup, collections, inventory management, pricing, content, app integration, merchandising activities, QA, and ensuring overall site readiness for excellent customer experience.
- Conduct QA and monitor site health to proactively minimize errors and address issues.
- Act as a liaison to the development team to expedite launches, fixes, and testing.
- Use data, customer insights, and performance metrics to make informed decisions regarding merchandising and operations.
- Build strong knowledge of the product catalog and utilize this expertise to deliver compelling merchandising experiences.
- Combine analytical thinking with creativity to optimize product presentation, customer experience, and commercial results.
- Uphold high standards of accuracy and organization throughout product launches, addressing potential issues before they arise.
- Drive improvements in both speed and quality across web site operations.
