Senior Sales Manager (Cluster Manager) [Southern Province]
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve Cluster sales targets for consumables and accessories related to medical devices
- Develop KOLs, new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and distributor performance
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/ Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institutes.
- Minimum 5 years' of sales experience in Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills in both verbal and written.
- An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve set targets
- Those who are residing in Southern Province
- Ability to travel extensively on regular customer visits.
