The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in patient care while driving operational effectiveness and contributing to the overall growth and long-term success of the organization.
HOSPITAL MANAGER - BADULLA
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all hospital operations, departments, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance.
- Lead, motivate, and guide staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
