F&B MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Develop and lead teams through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Ensure quality and compliance with HACCP and luxury service standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 5-7 years of F&B Management experience, in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong financial and commercial knowledge including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop teams.
