Reservations Agent – Maldivian
We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team and help deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to guest service.
Key Competencies
- 1-2 years of experience in Reservations within the hotel industry, with 5-star or ultra-luxury brand experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards for reservations will be an advantage to get shortlisted.
- Must possess computer skills, including practical skills of Excel reports and MS Word.
- Working experience with PMS systems and understanding of the workflow is a must.
- If you are familiar with Protel – that is definitely a step ahead and we want to talk to you. If you have no Protel experience, yet willing to learn, we will provide the training.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to anticipate and understand guest needs
- Supports a positive team environment and contributes to achieving department goals and guest satisfaction
