HEAD OF SALES & MARKETING

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy, strengthen our market presence, and drive sustainable business growth across all channels.

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for sales, strategic marketing, customer excellence, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Company's sales and marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth across retail, corporate, weddings, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with corporate and key accounts.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the timely management of client enquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to order fulfilment.
  • Provide strategic oversight of all Poru Flore retail sales channels, including physical outlets and online platforms, ensuring operational excellence, consistent brand standards, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales, marketing, and performance reports for Management and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a senior Sales & Marketing leadership role is essential.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience within the floral industry will be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, events, weddings, or premium gifting sectors will also be favourably considered.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client relationship management, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, innovative, and results-oriented professional with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
