Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and digital presence. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, content planning expertise, and a strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and audience engagement techniques. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the design, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure consistent brand communication and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business goals.
  • Manage and oversee the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design team, digital growth and brand development team to develop creative and visually appealing content for digital platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for audience engagement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media tools, AI-powered marketing solutions, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
