POST OF AREA SALES MANAGER (For Western Province)

LANKA CANNERIES (PVT) LTD. the market leader in food products under the brand name of MD with a rapidly growing turnover is in search of a dynamic, results-oriented Area Sales Manager with the following requirements for immediate employment.

• Age below 35 years.
• Should be computer literate.
• Good secondary education with minimum G.C.E. (A/L) qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English including analytical and planning skills. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Able to drive a sales force and Distribution network in the area assigned to him.
• Minimum 4-5 years in Area Sales Management or 8-10 years experience as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Supervisor in an FMCG company.
• Should be a dynamic personality with a proven track record.

Successful candidates will be required to train, guide, motivate and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve company objectives and sales targets and ensure effective area sales management.

Salary is negotiable based on the experience of the applicant. Other perquisites comprise company maintained vehicle, medical insurance scheme and incentive etc.
