Position 1. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

n
    n
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • n
  • Ensure all invoice details (customer information, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts etc.) are accurate.
  • n
  • Maintain proper records of all invoice and supporting documents.
  • n
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Management within the Accounts Department.
  • n
n

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

n
    n
  • Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, CMA, AAT, or a degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • n
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • n
  • Sound knowledge of accounting software, QuickBooks (QB), and Microsoft Excel.
  • n
n

Position 2: ACCOUNTS INTERN

n
    n
  • Currently following AAT, CA Sri Lanka, CMA, CIMA, or an undergraduate Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • n
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
  • n
  • Eagerness to learn with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • n
n

Position 3. STORE ASSISTANT

    n
  • Perform general store-related duties as assigned.
  • n
  • Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
  • n
  • Help with packing and dispatching items.
  • n
  • Perform general store-related duties as assigned.
  • n
n
