As we expand our footprint locally we are looking for an innovative visionary Interior Designer to shape the aesthetics we offer to our valued clientele.
Key Responsibilities
As our Interior Designer, you will own the design process from initial concept to the final styling of our premium office locations. You will balance high-end commercial aesthetics with the practical demands of a high-traffic, flexible workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept & Spatial Planning: Develop innovative design concepts, space layouts, and test-fits that maximize square footage.
- Material & Furniture Selection: Source and specify commercial-grade fixtures, furniture, equipment and finishes that align with our brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, Engineers, and general contractors to ensure design intent is maintained from blueprints through handover.
- Functional Design: Create diverse zones within our spaces, including quiet focus areas, vibrant community lounges, ergonomic meeting rooms, and high-tech phone booths.
- Styling & Curation: Oversee the final staging, including art curation, organic design (plants), and decorative lighting to give every location a distinct, localized personality.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 - 3 years experience in Interior Designing. Experience in coworking spaces or boutique hotels is an added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Trend-Awareness: Workplace design (e.g., smart offices, sustainable materials, adaptive reuse).
- Degree: A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
