Vacancies available
- 1) Production Manager - Responsible for planning, supervising and optimizing the production of biscuits, wafers, chewing gum, lollipops and confectionery products while ensuring maximum efficiency, product quality, food safety and adherence to production schedules. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or have a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a biscuit bakery or confectionery manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong leadership, production planning, quality assurance and HACCP/GMP knowledge are essential, together with excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
- 2) Production Supervisor - Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, food safety regulations and operational efficiency are consistently achieved while leading and motivating production teams. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in production environments.
- 3) Logistics Executive - Responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations including shipment coordination, inventory movement, warehousing activities, dispatch planning and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products. Applicants need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- 4) Production Helpers - Assist in the daily production activities including raw material handling, machine operations, packing, cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards to support shop floor operations. Applicants should possess a minimum secondary education qualification, with 1-2 years' experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, confectionery or FMCG production environment. Good teamwork, willingness to learn, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment are essential.
- 5) Accountants - Responsible for managing financial transactions, accounting records, payroll processing, budgeting, cost monitoring and ensuring accurate financial reporting to support factory operations. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field, with 3-5 years' experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing, FMCG or food production environment. Proficiency in accounting software, inventory costing, financial analysis, taxation, compliance procedures and strong attention to detail are required.
- 6) Clerical Staff - Responsible for providing administrative support including data entry, document preparation, record-keeping and coordination between departments to ensure smooth factory operations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 1-3 years' experience in clerical, administrative or manufacturing office operations. Good computer skills, especially MS Office, strong organizational ability, accuracy, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
