ERP SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Support Executive to support our ERP system operations and users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the company's ERP system and related applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and support to end users across all departments.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support business decision-making.
- Assist in ERP system upgrades, testing and new module implementations.
- Maintain system documentation, user manuals and process guidelines.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
- 1–3 years' experience in ERP support or related role.
- Fresh graduates with strong ERP knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
