What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily operations across retail outlets, the wellness center, and the head office.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with relevant departments.
- Ensure smooth coordination between operations, sales, administration, and logistics teams.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, courier services, and other external service providers.
- Monitor outlet operations to ensure compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and special events.
- Handle operational issues promptly and recommend effective solutions.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks and projects.
- Assist management with administrative and operational coordination as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or retail operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and positive attitude.
- A valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
