Location: Based in Wattala, with frequent travel to our production facility in Nattandiya

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality inspections at multiple stages of denim production.
- Coordinate between Wattala head office and Nattandiya factory to ensure consistency in quality standards.
- Identify defects, suggest corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports and communicate feedback to production teams.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company quality benchmarks.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality control within the apparel industry (denim experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fabric inspection, stitching quality, and finishing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively between Wattala and Nattandiya.
- A valid driver's license is an added advantage.
