Operations & Revenue Executive
CHARGEUP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Operations & Revenue Executive to support the growth of our EV charging solutions business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the daily operations of EV charging stations to ensure maximum uptime and service availability.
- Track charging station performance and identify operational issues that may impact revenue or customer experience.
- Reconcile charging transactions, payments, and revenue reports with finance records.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely maintenance and resolution of charger faults.
- Maintain accurate records of charging sessions, revenue, maintenance activities, and operational performance.
- Assist in implementing operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Support customer service by assisting with escalated operational and charging-related inquiries.
- Prepare, review, and monitor utility reimbursement calculations for charger point operators/partners based on the applicable tariff rates, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in operations, revenue management, business administration, or a similar role.
- Experience in the EV charging, energy, utilities, technology, or transportation industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
- High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, charging management platforms, and payment systems will be an added advantage.
