Phlebotomist / Billing Cum Cashier
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in phlebotomy, billing, or cashier duties in a healthcare setting.
- Certificate/Diploma in Nursing, Phlebotomy, or a related field.
- Knowledge of blood collection procedures and specimen handling.
- Good computer literacy and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood sample collection and ensure proper specimen handling.
- Assist with patient registration and appointment coordination.
- Prepare invoices and process billing transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, card payments, and maintain cashier records.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety standards.
