ASSISTANT MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance and Quality Control will support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining and improving product quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a manufacturing industry (preferably in the food industry).
  • Degree/Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Agricultural Science or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP and food safety standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
